摘 要:目的:评价MRI半剂量动态增强诊断垂体微腺瘤的价值。方法:搜集38例经随访证实的垂体微腺瘤病例,均采取磁共振平扫,再行半剂量钆喷酸葡胺(Gd-DTPA)动态增强扫描及延迟的常规增强扫描。结果:38例垂体微腺瘤中,病灶大小<5mm23例,5~10mm15例。平扫T1WI可见低信号影20例,无明显异常信号18例,而半剂量动态增强扫描均发现病灶32例,表现为动态早期稍低信号影。结论:MRI半剂量动态增强扫描能够明显提高垂体微腺瘤的检出率,尤其是动态增强早期扫描最为敏感。Objective: To evaluate the value of haft-dose dynamic contrast enhanced MRI scan in diagnosing pituitary microadenoma. Method : 38 cases of pituitary micro-adenoma confirmed with follow-up were retrospectively studied with plain MRI scan, half-dose Gd-DTPA dynamic contrast enhanced MRI scan and conventional delayed enbanced MRI scan. Results: Within 38 cases of pituitary microadenoma, there are 23 cases sized less than 5 mm; 15 cases sized between 5 and 10mm. 20 cases showed low signal intensity in T1WI, 18 cases showed no obvious abnormal signal. All lesions could be detected by half-dose dynamic contrast enhanced MRI scan, they showed little low signal intensity in the early phase. Conclusion: The detection rate of micro-adenoma increases obviously by half-dose dynamic contrast enhanced MRI scan, especially the early phase of dynamic enhanced scan.
