摘  要:目的:探讨不同发育时期小鼠胸腺形态结构变化。方法:分别观察出生后20~25d、9~10周龄及12月龄小鼠的胸腺结构;通过S100免疫组化标记,计算S100+胸腺树突状细胞(TDCs)在参照物(胸腺)中所占面积百分比;计算TDCs密度。结果:随着年龄的增长,小鼠胸腺皮质变薄,皮髓质界限清楚。胸腺髓质由散在斑片状连成片。12月龄小鼠胸腺实质部分明显减少,而被充满脂肪细胞的间质所取代。9~10周龄小鼠TDCs所占面积比和TDCs密度均比20~25d龄的增加,然而12月龄者则明显减少(P<0.01)。12月龄小鼠胸腺皮髓质交界处有较多S100+巨噬细胞。结论:老年鼠TDCs抗原提呈作用的减弱与TDCs数量的减少有密切关系。Objective: to explore the morphologie change on different growth period mouse thymus. Methods: Thymus morphology and thymus dendritic cell (TDCs)immunostaining with DC marker( S100 ) were observed and analyzed with stereologic method. Results: Following aging, thymie cortex thinningz and limit between cortex and medulla were more distinct, and glandular substance of 12-months mouse decreased obviously, and substituted with interstitial substance to be full of adipocyte. S100^ + TDCs area and TDCs density in 9 - 10-weeks mouse were significantly higher than in 20-25-days mouse , but in 12-months mouse decreased obviously (P 〈 0.01 ) . simultaneously, there were more S100^+ macrophage on juncture between cortex and medulla in 12-months mouse thymus. Condusion: Lower angtigen presentating effect of TDCs in gerontism mouse were related to lower quantity of TDCs.
