摘  要:研制电磁流量计励磁控制系统,提出基于线性电源设计恒流源电路,并采用高压源激励使系统具有快速响应性能,基于H桥设计励磁线圈驱动电路以进行方波激励,设计检流电路以实现励磁电流的准确检测,基于DSP设计励磁时序产生电路实现单频或双频精确励磁。经实验验证,该励磁控制系统可实现精确的高频或双频励磁并保证电磁流量计输出信号具有稳定零点,从而为提高其测量速度和测量精度奠定基础。Coil exciting is the precondition for flow measuring by magnetic flowmeter. The exciting method adopted is the key for improving measuring accuracy and speed. The excitation system for magnetic flowmeter is developed, and new methods are proposed, including the designing of current-regulator circuit based on linear voltage-regulator powered with high voltage to acquire fast response performance for the system, the designing of driving circuit for exciting coil by square wave based on H-bridge, the designing of current-measurement circuit used to measure exciting current accurately, the designing of exciting scheduling generating circuit based on DSP to realize exciting the coil by single or dual frequency precisely. The experimental results show that the excitation system can be used to excite the coil in the form of high or dual frequency precisely and synchronously assure that the output signal of magnetic flowmeter has steady zero. Thereby, this provides the foundation of improving the flowmeter’s measurement accuracy and speed.
