摘　　要：首先简要介绍CodeTEST测试工具的基本原理及功能模块,在此基础上详细介绍CodeTEST的Trace工具在嵌入式软件测试中的特殊应用,该工具已经应用到了XX型交换机的测试中并取得良好的效果。This article first introduces the basic principle and function modules of CodeTEST Test Tool, and then introduces the application of CodeTEST Trace tool in embedded software testing. This Tool has been used in testing XX type of exchanger and taken a good effect.
