摘  要:以膨润土为原料,采用水热法制备了洗涤助剂P型分子筛。优化了分子筛合成的工艺参数(硅铝比与碱度)及活化条件的影响,并用XRD和SEM对产物进行表征。研究发现,合成P型分子筛的适宜n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)比和碱度n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)分别为3.0和1.4。XRD结果显示,尽管膨润土经直接碱溶、800℃高温热活化和800℃碱熔活化后均能合成出P型分子筛,但膨润土经高温处理后,特别是高温碱熔后能显著提高原料的反应活性,所制得分子筛结晶度最高。产品的SEM表明,在优化条件下合成的P型分子筛具有结构规整,粒度均匀的特点。P-type zeolite was synthesized from bentonite by hydrothermal method. The XRD and SEM were used to characterize the phase structure and morphology of products. It was found that optimum molar ratio of n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3) and n(Na2O)/n(SiO2) (alkalinity) for synthesis of P-type zeolite were 3.0 and 1.4 respectively. High temperature calcinations of bentonite, especially alkali-fusion at high temperature, could increase the activity of bentonite for zeolite synthesis, in which the maximal degree of crystallinity for P-type zeolite was obtained. SEM showed the well crystallized P zeolite and uniformity of crystal sizes.
