摘 要:Plant ash was one of the most important byproducts in ancient life,which had a processing from waste to treasure,especially in Ming and Qing dynasty,the plant ash had been used in numerous aspects of life.And some reusing methods have been following its first invention.Few systematic studies have been focused on the utilization of plant ash in ancient life.By means of documentary,this article reveals how ancient people used plant ash,for example,medical and beauty using,material reserve and so on.Another contribution of the research is to reveal the relationship between plant-ash recycling and ecological agriculture,and go further to prove the argument of Chinese ancient recycling economy.Plant ash was one of the most important byproducts in ancient life, which had a processing from waste to trea- sure, especially in Ming and Qing dynasty, the plant ash had been used in numerous aspects of life.
