摘　　要：The traditional Chinese village is the stability of the structure of clan kinship and baojia geopolitical relationship In order to develop the rural economy,the late Qing government began to promote the development of farmers associations break the traditional ties.The farmers associations remained in theory in is this time。It did not carry out in practice in countryside.The Communist Party of china achieved effective mobilization of the villages to realize the goals though farmers associations in Revolution age.Republic of China government also recognized this phenomenon,and rebounded Farmers Association after the establishment of the Nanjing government.It tried to achieve development of the rural economy and achieve the rural mobilization.Farmers associations and baojia which founded later middle together in order to control rural.The traditional Chinese village is the stability of the structure of elan kinship and baojia geopolitical relation- ship In order to develop the rural economy, the late Qing government began to promote the development of farmers associa- tions break the traditional ties.
