摘　　要：归纳了近几年来不同PET装置上真空系统的发展过程,介绍了低温短流程PET装置真空系统工艺流程组成、原理及特点,通过与国内外PET技术的真空系统比较,该系统具有高效节能并且操控灵活等特点;主要从EG循环系统及真空动力系统2个方面,分析了该真空系统运转的影响因素和常见问题,并提出了处理方法和日常维护措施。The development process of vaccum system in different PET plant in recent years was concluded. The technological process composition,principle and characteristies of vaccum system in low temperature short process PET plant were introduced. Compared with the vaccum system in PET plant at home and abroad, the low temperature short process vaccum system have the characteristics such as high efficiency energy saving and flexible operation. The effect factors of the vaccum system operation were analysed from two aspects, the EG circulation system and vaccum dynamic system. The common problems of the vaccum system were analysed, the treatment methods and daily maintenance measures were put forward.
