摘　　要：高校图书馆的服务工作应坚持科学发展观"以人为本"的核心思想,树立"以人为本"的服务理念,在服务的人性化和服务的个性化上下功夫,不断创新服务形式,增加服务内容,充分发挥高校图书馆的职能作用,更好地为学校广大师生读者服务,走可持续发展的道路。University library services should insist on scientific outlook on development,set up the human-oriented service idea,focus on the humanization and personalization,innovate service forms continually,increase service items,and give full play to library＇s function,in order to serve teachers and students better and develop itself sustainably.
