摘  要:利用重组自交系群体(RIL)对高分子麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)的分离规律进行了研究。结果表明,同一位点不同亚基在RIL后代群体中的分离基本符合1∶1的分离比,Null亚基出现的频率最高;受亚基出现频率的影响,不同亚基的组合方式在RIL群体中出现的频率差异较大。从同一位点不同亚基和不同位点亚基的组合方式在RIL群体中的分离和出现的频率来看,Glu-1位点的不同亚基间不存在连锁关系,控制HMW-GS基因的遗传行为服从孟德尔的独立分配和自由组合规律。The rule of separation of high molecular weight gluten subunit (HMW-GS) in wheat was studied by using recombinant inbred lines (RIL) population. The results showed that the seperation of the same locus and different subunit in the population of RIL later generation was close to the ratio 1 : 1, and the occurrence frequency of Null subunit was the highest. The occurrence frequency of HMW subunits combinations was quitely different,and was affected by the occurrence frequency of different subunit. The studies also indicated that based on the separation and occurrence frequency in the RIL population, there was no linkage relationship among different subunits,and the genes. The genetic actions controlling the gene of HMW-GS were subordinated to Mendel's law s of gene independent assortment and free combination.
