摘  要:以新疆自育(或引进)的32个棉花品种为研究对象进行磷高效基因型品种的筛选。通过水培试验,设置高磷P1(KH2PO41×10-3mol/L)和低磷P0(KH2PO40.01×10-3mol/L)两个磷处理水平,对不同基因型棉花品种进行苗期和蕾期的磷效率筛选研究。结果表明,相对整株干物质、相对吸磷量和相对含磷率3个指标的变异系数相对其他性状较高,其变异系数苗期分别为27.30%,46.60%,50.30%,蕾期分别为51.70%,57.10%,45.10%,说明这3个指标对于不同棉花基因型品种耐低磷的灵敏程度较高,可以作为棉花苗期和蕾期磷效率的筛选指标。通过3个筛选指标进行聚类分析,得出新海18号、中棉42号和新陆早19号为磷高效基因型品种,新陆早13号、新陆早26号和新陆早17号为磷低效基因型品种。Taking 32 cotton varieties as the research object, P efficiencies of these cotton genotypes are studied at seeding stage and budding stage through water culture experiment by setting 2 phosphorous freatment levels (KH2PO4 1 ×10^-3 mol/L, KH2PO4 0. 01 ×10^-3 mol/L) culture experiments. Results showed that relative dry weight,relative P uptake and relative P content of coefficient of variation present are of higher traits. In coefficient of variation, they are 27. 30%, 46. 60%, 50. 30% in seeding stage and 51.70% ,57.10%,45.10% in budding stage respectively,which indicates that these three indexes can be selected as screening index. Cluster analysis based on these indexes conclude that Xinhai 18,Zhongmian 42 and Xinluzao 19 are of high P efficiency,and Xinluzao 13,Xinluzao 26,Xinluzao 17 are of low P efficiency.
