摘 要:采用以超滤为核心的一体化工艺处理长江水。试验结果表明,MIEX-UF工艺对耗氧量和UV254的去除率为39.41%和48.78%,PAC-UF工艺的去除率为30.59%和31.71%。MIEX与PAC对水中亲水性有机物的去除率分别为45.74%和67.76%。同时,MIEX可去除56.49%强疏水性有机物,降低了这部分有机物造成的膜污染,而PAC对疏水性物质的去除率很低。两种一体化工艺都能有效去除消毒副产物,出水浊度为0.08 NTU,色度为5度,未检出细菌。MIEX和PAC的预处理都可降低天然有机物引起的膜污染,MIEX缓解膜污染的效果优于PAC。Integrated purification process with ultrafiltration as the core was used to treat water of the Yangtze River. The results showed that MIEX-UF process could remove CODMn and UV254 by 39.41% and 48.78% ,while the removal rates of PAC-UF were 30.59% and 31.71%. MIEX and PAC could remove the hydrophilic organic by 45.74% and 67. 76% respectively, MIEX could especially remove the very hydro- phobic organics as large part as 56.49% ,which could effectively reduce the fouling of membranes, but the removal rate of the hydrophobic organics by PAC was very low. Both of the two integrated purification processes could reduce the DPBs effectively, yielding water's turbidity was 0.08NTU,color was 5 degree, total bacteria was 0. Using MIEX or PAC could reduce the fouling of UF membranes. The pollution effect of MIEX miligative membranes were superior to PAC.
