摘　　要：由于黑社会性质组织犯罪的社会危害性极大而且组织结构复杂,所以对黑社会性质组织犯罪的打击历来是我国打击犯罪的重点。但是在黑社会性质组织犯罪的诉讼程序过程中,我们必须遵守相关法律的规定,不得刑讯逼供,否则将会给社会和司法体系带来极大的危害。Because the Mafia-style organization has a great social harms and highly complexities of its structure, much importance has been always attached to such crime on striking crime. However, the extortion of confession by torture should be forbidden during the litigation procedures in accordance with the relevant law, otherwise it will do great harms both to society and judicial system.
