摘　　要：文章从分析高校图书馆学科化服务的内涵与特征出发,提出图书馆必须以全新的服务理念、有特色的信息支撑服务来支持大学的教育目标,而图书馆学科馆员的知识结构和专业服务水平的提高正是充分发挥图书馆学科化服务的关键所在。Through analyzing the content and features of discipline service of university library,this paper proposes the library must have a new service concept,unique information support service to support the university's educational goals,while the promotion of the Subject Librarian's knowledge structure and the level of professional service is the key.
