摘　　要：以玩具汽车外壳注射模设计为例,利用MoldFlow软件进行模流分析。并运用Pro/E对复杂型面进行三维建模。通过方案比较,得到优化合理的模具结构,缩短了设计周期,提高了设计质量。Taking injection mold design of the toy car shell as an example, analyzed mold flow using MoldFlow software. Using of Pro/E on the 3-dimensional modeling of complex surfaces. Through comparing with the program, gained a reasonable mold strueture, shorted the design cycle and improve design quality.
