摘　　要：目的:探讨外伤性脾破裂患者行腹腔镜保留脾脏手术的临床效果。方法:回顾分析为38例脾破裂患者施行腹腔镜保脾手术的临床资料。结果:32例保脾手术获得成功,6例行开腹脾切除术。结论:腹腔镜保留脾脏手术适用于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级脾损伤患者。Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopie spleen-preserving operation for patients with traumatic splenic rupture. Methods： Clinical data of thirty-eight cases traumatic spleen rupture treated by laparoseopic spleen-preserving operation were retrospectively analyzed. Results：Thirty-two cases were successful, 6 cases underwent open splenectomy. Conclusions： Laparoscopic spleen-preserving operation is feasible for cases with grade Ⅰ or Ⅱ splenic rupture.
