摘 要:分析了IEC谐波电流标准给出的真空吸尘器谐波电流型式试验的测试条件,发现该条件对吸尘器谐波电流测试结果影响很大。阐述了型式试验条件对谐波电流测量影响的Fourier分析理论,并针对非连续可调吸尘器,以及对触发角无法达到90°附近的吸尘器测试谐波电流,给出了提高测试结果合理性的措施。根据使用两种不同测试流程对同一样品谐波电流测试结果的比较和分析,发现非常需要在谐波电流标准中对吸尘器工况控制给出与实际样品更为符合的操作流程。The type testing conditions of the IEC standards for harmonic current measurement about the vacuum cleaner is analyzed. It is found that the testing conditions of vacuum cleaner for harmonic current play important role in the final test results. The Fourier analysis of the harmonic current measurement with the influenee of the type testing conditions is introduced. Rational processes for the harmonic current measurement of the non-continuously adjust- able vacuum cleaner products, as well as the cleaners not achieving near to the 90° firing-angle products, are provided. According to the comparison and analysis of the test results from two different measurement processes with the same sample, it is found that the information of operation conditions of cleaner is needed urgently for harmonic current standard, which corresponds well with the actual operational procedures.
