摘  要:目的探讨血浆内皮素1(ET-1)和细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)水平与2型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的关系。方法散瞳眼底镜检查及眼底荧光造影检查作为分组金标准,在2型糖尿病患者群中测定93例存在视网膜病变患者分为轻度非增殖性DR(NPDR),中重度NPDR和增殖性DR(PDR)组及138例尚未出现视网膜病变患者(对照组)ET-1和ICAM-1水平。结果ET-1和ICAM-1水平在不同临床分型组间差异有统计学意义;ET-1与病程正相关;多元逐步回归分析显示sICAM-1与ET-1、NPDR、PDR相关。结论检测ICAM-1和ET-1水平可能有助于预测DR的病变程度。Objective To study the correlation about the levels of plasma endothelin-1 (ET-1) and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) in patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods Peripheral blood sample were collected from 241 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, 93 with retinopathy and 138 without retinopathy as control, diagnosed by ophthalmoscopy and fundus fluorescein angiography. Results The plasma ET-1 and ICAM-1 levels of the DM patients in different clinic classification is statistically significant. The plasmas ET-1 was positively correlated with the type of DR and the courses of DR, multiple stepwise regression analysis shows ICAM-1 and ET-1 correlated with NPDR, PDR. Conclusion The plasmas levels of ET-1 and ICAM-1 maybe evaluation of the course of DR.
