摘　　要：本文从公共建筑功能最复杂的医院门急诊综合楼设计理念出发,阐述了注重流程便捷化、环境园林化、服务"人性化"及一次规划、分期分步实施,最终达到预期的设计目的和效果等问题。This article describes hospital outpatient and emergency complex building design concept whose public buildings fonction is the most complex, it focused on process facilitation, garden environment, services ＂humanity＂ and direct plan, phased step by step, then achieve desired design purpose and effect finally.
