摘  要:对国内首座CFRP束体外预应力公路桥梁进行荷载试验。试验结果表明何圩桥前2阶自振频率实测值与理论值接近。CFRP束体外预应力桥梁的冲击系数随加载车辆行驶速度的增加而增大。实测冲击系数小于规范中规定值,桥面的平整度较好且具有较好的行车性能。试验进一步证明了体外预应力桥梁设计方法和相关设计参数取值的合理性,对于完善CFRP束体外预应力桥梁的设计方法和积累体外预应力桥荷载试验经验具有重要意义。作为试验桥,何圩桥可为CFRP束用做桥梁体外预应力提供参考。The load tests were made for the Hewei Bridge, the first concrete highway bridge externally prestressed with CFRP tendons in China. The results of the tests show that the measured values of the first two orders of the natural vibration frequency of the Bridge are close to the theoretic values. For a bridge externally prestressed with CFRP tendons, the impacting factor normally increases with the increase of the running speed of loading vehicles. However, the measured impact factor of the Hewei Bridge is less than the specified value in the codes, the evenness on the deck of the Bridge is good and the deck has good running performance. The tests also prove that the design method and the selected values for the relevant design parameters of the Bridge are rational and are of important significance to the perfecting of the design methods and accumulating of the experiences of load tests for the bridges to be externally prestressed with CFRP tendons. As a trial bridge, the experiences gained from the Hewei Bridge may provide reference for the bridges of similar kind.
