摘  要:淄博市淄川区经营性用地和工业用地全部招标拍卖挂牌出让,有利于实现土地资源优化配置,实现土地资源价值的最大化,从而满足地方经济发展的用地需求。淄川区招拍挂工作尚存在管理不严、秩序混乱等一系列问题,为此,该区采取积极措施,并取得了一定实效。Commercial land and industrial land are all transferred by using bidding,auction and listing.It is useful for optimizing allocation of land resources,and achieving the maximization of the value of land resources to meet the demand for local economic development in Zichuan district of Zibo city.There are still some problems in land bidding auction and listing in Zichuan district,such as the management is not strict,and the order is confusion.Thus,some countermeasures are carried out to solute these problems and have achieved obvious effects.
