摘 要:对传统设计方法推导经济梁高的几个近似假设做一些变换,可得出一些常用翼缘厚度对应的经济梁高计算公式.截面选择时,用所推导的公式计算的结果选用腹板高度;在满足构造要求、翼缘局部稳定条件下,尽量增加翼缘宽度;可得出给定腹板厚度的用钢量较少的截面,将几个较优截面进行比较,便可得到符合工程经验、用钢量较少的工字形钢梁截面.算例表明,所提出的截面选择改进方法,与电算优化结果相近,可供有关专业人员参考.Making some transformations to the traditional formula of deducing the beam height, we can obtain the corresponding beam height of common used flange thickness. When computing the web height and flange size by the formula proposed in this paper, on the condition of meeting the construction requirements and the local stability of the flange, we should increase the flange width as much as possible, then the section with given web thickness which costs less steel can be obtained. Two or several better sections are compared with each other, and finally we get the best steel beam of I - shape section which costs least steel and suits the engineering practice. The computational examples illustrate that the improved method presented in this paper is very close to the computerized calculation, which can be used in many fields, such as engineering application, teaching and scientific research.
