摘　　要：目的探讨手术室软包装袋回收自体血液回输方法的可行性。方法选择手术中需要回收血液的患者70例,分为软包装袋组和传统方法组各35例。软包装袋组采用软包装袋回收自体血液后回输,对照组采用传统的输血瓶回收血液,比较两种方法收集血液的量,观察不良反应情况。结果软包装袋组应用软包装袋回收血液均得到成功,两组收集血液的量及不良反应发生情况差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论软包装袋回收自体血液是一种安全、有效且易于实施的血液回收方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the security of reclaiming autologous blood for re-transfusion using soft packing bag in the operation room. Methods 70 patients were divided equally into two groups randomly： the experiment group and the control group. In the former group, soft packing bag was used to reclaim the autologous blood for re-transfusion and in the control the routine method was used. The two groups were compared in terms of the volume of reclaimed blood and the observed adverse reactions. Results In the experiment group, the autologous blood was reclaimed successfully. There were no differences between the groups in the volume of reclaimed blood and the observed adverse reactions（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Soft packing bag is safe and effective for autologous blood reclaiming and worth clinical generalization.
