杞枣口服液治疗小儿厌食90例

摘　　要：目的对杞枣口服液治疗小儿厌食脾胃气虚型的临床有效性及安全性进行初步观察。方法观察3家医院儿科门诊符合小儿厌食西医诊断标准及中医脾胃气虚型标准者90例,服用杞枣口服液,疗程1月。结果符合方案集87例,杞枣口服液治疗厌食疗效评价总有效率82.7%;中医证候疗效总有效率95.4%。全分析集90例,杞枣口服液治疗厌食疗效评价有效率80.0%;中医证候疗效有效率92.2%。结论杞枣口服液有健脾益肾之效,对于厌食脾胃气虚型患儿有一定疗效。Objective To observe the effect of Qizao Oral Liquid in the treatment of children＇ s anorexia of insufficiency of the spleen-qi and stomach-qi. Methods 90 patients of children＇ s anorexia of insufficiency of the spleen-qi and stomach-qi at three hospitals, take medicine Qizao Oral Liquid 1 month. Results At the Per Protocol Set 87 cases, the total effective rate of treatment of anorexia was 82.7 %. The effective rate of therapeutic effect of syndrome was 95.4 %. At the Full Analysis Set 90 cases, the total effective rate of treat- ment of anorexia was 80.0 %. The effective rate of therapeutic effect of syndrome was 92.2 %. Conclusion Qizao Oral Liquid can strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney, it＇ s quite effective for children＇ s an- orexia of insufficiency of the spleen-qi and stomach-qi.
