摘　　要：Caroli’s病是一种罕见的常染色体隐性遗传病，由于该病发病率低，临床医师认识不足，临床表现隐匿且复杂，常容易导致误诊及漏诊。为了更好的认识此病，本文对本病的病因、分型、病理、临床表现、诊断和治疗现状做以综述。Caroli＇s disease is a rare autosomal recessive hereditary disease. The low mobidity, insuffi- cient awareness of doctor and complex clinical manifestations of the disease are likely to result in misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. The pathogen, typing, pathology, clinical manifesation and therapy of this disease are discussed to recognise the disease better.
