摘  要:为更好地在轮机员培训中实施实操考核评估,针对船舶主机曲轴箱浓度探测装置的教学现状,结合工程实际,设计浓度探测器仿真系统.系统以GRAVINER Mark5型油雾浓度探测器为仿真对象,上位机软件采用KingView6.5编写,每台下位机看作1个外部设备,设备配置向导的提示可使上位机和下位机方便、快捷地完成连接;下位机位于硬盘台控制箱体内,包括各参数设置单元、变送单元、显示单元、控制单元和执行单元;利用可编程逻辑控制器(Programmalde Logic Controller,PLC)循环扫描的特点,将所测模拟状态值和设定值进行比较,根据不同的比较结果采取相应的执行方案.仿真运行结果表明系统达到预期效果,对小型仿真训练系统的开发具有借鉴意义.In order to carry on the inspection and evaluation of the practical operation in the marine engineer' s training more effectively, in view of the current situation of instruction on the oil mist detector of the crankcase in the ship' s main engine, a simulating system together with the case of practical engineering on the oil mist detector is designed and developed. In the system, the GRAVINER Mark 5 oil mist detector is selected as the simulated object, and KingView 6.5 is adopted to write the program which is applied in the software of the upper machine. Each lower sub-machine is regarded as an external instrumentation, and the upper machine and the lower machine can complete the connection conveniently and quickly by following the facility allocation guide. The lower sub-machines, which are composed of parameter setting units, transforming units, displaying units, controlling units and implementing units, are located at the hard disk in the body of the controlling set. Taking the advantage of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) recycling scanning, the measured values in simulation are compared with the set values, and the corresponding implementing project is carried out according to the comparison results. The simulation indicates that an expectation effect is achieved, which provides a reference for the development of small-scale simulation system for training.
