复方中药制剂对人工感染肾型IBV的蛋雏鸡血清免疫球蛋白的影响的研究

摘　　要：为了研究复方中药制剂对感染蛋雏鸡血清免疫球蛋白的影响,将蛋雏鸡随机分为6组(空白对照组、攻毒对照组、复方中药高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组、西药治疗组)。分别于给药后3、6、9、14、19d采样处理,测定血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)的变化。结果显示,攻毒对照组三者含量高于空白对照组。IgG、IgM含量在给药后3、6、9、14d各治疗组与攻毒对照组差异显著(P<0.05);IgA含量各治疗组都高于攻毒对照组。表明复方中药煎剂可显著提高感染肾型传染性支气管炎病毒蛋雏鸡血清免疫球蛋白的含量。To study the influence of complex prescription Chinese medicine on the infection layer chicken＇s level of serum immune globulin（IgG, IgA, IgM）. The layer chicks were randomly divided into 6 groups（ base control group, infected control group, high dose group, medium dose group, low dose group and western medicine group）. At the 3rd, 6th, 9th, 14td, and 19th day, chicks were sampling to investigate the level of serum im- mune globulin （IgG, IgA, IgM）.Compared with base control group, the level of serum immune globulin of infected control group was higher than base control group. After treating with drug about 3, 6, 9 and 14 days, the content of IgG and IgM between all treatment group and infected control group showed significant difference （P〈0.05） ,The contents of IgA of all treatment groups were higher than infected control group.In conclusion, complex prescription Chinese medicine： could improve the layer chicks＇ level of serum immune globulin on Nephrotic infections Bronchitis virus significantly.
