摘　　要：文章结合常州陈渡新苑小区房屋建筑施工质量的管理,对建筑项目质量管理进行了探讨,总结了业主方、设计方、监理方、施工方等的职责。提出了康居工程住宅小区质量管理的方法。The article points out the method of the quality control of comfort＇able housing project and precisely defines the duties of the owner, the engineer, the supervision and the construction party, with the integration of quality control experiences, analyzing Changzhou Chendu Xinyuan Buildings operations.
