1521例住院心血管疾病的分析

摘　　要：目的:分析我基层医院近5年来心血管患者病因分布及合并症和并发病统计,为防治提供参考。方法:分析1521例年龄、性别分布,并发病症的百分比。结果:疾病排位顺序为:原发性高血压,冠心病,风湿心脏病,病毒性心肌类,老年心脏病,扩张性心肌病,肺心病合并冠心病,退行性瓣膜心脏病,其它心脏病。结论:基层医院心血管疾病分布情况为防治提供参考。Objective： To study the pathogeny distribution and statistics of complications of cardiovascular disease in our basic hospital in recent 5 years, in oder to provide reference for prevention and treatment of this disease. Methods： The distribution of age and sex and percentage of complications of 1521 cases of cardiovascular disease in hospital was analyzed. Results： The disease ranking order was as following： Es- sential hypertension, Coronary heart disease, Rheumatic heart disease, Viral myocarditis, Senile coronary heart disease, Dilated cardiomyopa- thy, Pulmonary heart disease combined coronary heart disease, degenerative valve heart disease and other heat disease. Conclusion： The distribution of cardiovascular disease of basic hospital can provide reference for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease.
