摘　　要：企业进行战略决策常遇不可预知的灰色事件,影响了决策的可靠性。单纯采用灰决策理论又对具体情况分析不够。本文尝试采用SWOT分析与灰决策相结合,在对战略进行制定时综合考虑实际情况,确保企业战略决策的准确性。Enterprises in strategic decision-making often encounter unpredictable gray issue affects the reliability of decision-making. Simple use of gray decision theory is not enough for analysis of specific situations. This paper attempts to use combination of SWOT analysis and gray decision-making, considering the actual conditions to ensure the accuracy of corporate strategic decision-making in the formulation of a comprehensive strategy.
