摘 要:针对传统成像方法在材料成型过程中有电弧干扰情况下图像不稳定的问题,结合焊接电弧光谱的分布特征,分析了THz波成像方法的特点,探讨了THz波成像技术在材料成型过程检测中的优势,提出采用THz波成像技术可以避免电弧干扰获得稳定的焊接熔池图像,并初步探讨了该方法的成像系统方案,以及断层成像技术、等离子探测技术用于材料热加工过程监控的特殊用途及其应用前景。The traditional imaging methods used in the material forming process has the problem of imaging instability due to the arc interference. Based on the distribution of weld arc spectrum,the characteristics of terahertz imaging was analyzed,and the advantage of terahertz imaging was discussed.Terahertz imaging can provide a better approach to avoid arc interference and obtain clearer images of molten pool than that of the traditional imaging methods.Furthermore,the setup of Terahertz imaging system was briefly designed,the tomography technology and the plasma detection technology of terahcrtz ray and their application prospect used in monitoring material molding process were analyzed as well.
