摘　　要：穿孔素和颗粒酶是细胞毒性细胞所具有的两类重要效应分子,在病毒感染的病原清除和靶细胞凋亡中发挥重要的作用。本文对穿孔素和颗粒酶表达在病毒性肝炎、HIV感染及其他病毒感染中的临床应用作一介绍。Perforin and granzymes, which are expressed by cytotoxic lymphocytes, are two kinds of important mediators, and play an important role in viral clearance and target cell apoptosis in viral infection. This article introduces the clinical application of perforin and granzyme expression to viral hepatitis, HIV infection, and other viral infections.
