NF-κBp65的表达与非小细胞肺癌转移的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究核因子(NF)-κBp65在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达情况及其与患者临床病理特征间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP三步法检测95例NSCLC患者及27例肺部良性肿瘤患者(对照组)的石蜡标本中NF-κBp65的表达情况,以染色细胞阳性百分率和染色程度进行表达程度判定,并比较其在不同临床病理参数患者间的表达情况。结果:58例有淋巴结转移的NSCLC患者中,呈NF-κBp65蛋白高表达者34例(58.6%);37例无淋巴结转移的NSCLC患者中,呈NF-κBp65蛋白高表达者8例(21.6%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.537,P<0.01);NSCLC组织中NF-κBp65蛋白表达在不同组织学分型、分化程度和TNM分期患者中的表达差异有统计学意义;NF-κBp65蛋白表达率与NSCLC的临床分期正相关(rs=0.502,P<0.05),与肿瘤分化程度呈负相关(rs=-0.465,P<0.05)。结论:NF-κBp65蛋白的表达水平可以作为判断NSCLC预后的一个重要参考指标。Objective：To investigate the relationship between the protein expression of nuclear factor kappa B（NF-κB） in tissue of non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） and the clinical pathological features.Methods：Expressions of NF-κBp65 protein in NSCLC tissue（n=95） and benign tumor tissue（n=27） were detected by immunohistochemical staining.The relationship between NF-κBp65 protein expression and clinical pathologic features was analysed.Results：Of the 58 samples which had lymph node metastasis,the expression level of NF-κBp65 protein was higher in 34 cases（58.6%）.Of the 37 samples which had no lymph node metastasis,the expression level of NF-κBp65 protein was higher in only 8 cases （21.6%）.The expression level of NF-κBp65 was significantly higher in metastasis group than that in non-metastasis group（χ^2=12.537,P〈0.01）.There were significant differences in expression of NF-κBp65 between different histological types,differentiation degree and TNM stage of lung carcinoma.There was a positive correlation between the expression of NF-κBp65 protein and clinical stages （rs=0.502,P〈0.05）.A negative correlation was found between the expression of NF-κBp65 protein and histological differentiation grade （rs=-0.465,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The detection of NF-κBp65 protein may be helpful to judge the malignancy and to evaluate the prognosis of NSCLC.
