生命网在干预代谢综合征患者心血管风险中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨生命网在干预代谢综合征(MS)患者心血管风险中的临床应用。方法将280例MS患者随机分为生命网干预组220例、对照组60例;两组均采用综合治疗,干预组加生命网干预;观察两组治疗前后血糖、血压、血脂、血尿酸、尿微量白蛋白等危险组分变化,以及心血管事件及替代终点事件发生情况。结果与对照组比较,干预组各危险组分改善明显,心血管事件发生率及病死率明显降低(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论生命网对干预MS患者的心血管风险有重要作用。Objective To study the clinical application of heartcare network on cardiovascular risk in patients with metabolic syndrome.Methods Two hundred and eighty patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups： 220 patients were intervened by heartcare network and 60 patients served as control group.Two groups were both given by combined therapy.Various dangerous components which include fasting blood glucose,blood pressure,lipid profile,uric acid and urine albumin in metabolic syndrome were observed in two groups before and after treatment.Meanwhile,we observed the influence of heartcare network on cardiovascular and substituted endpoints events in patients with metabolic syndrome.Results Compared with the control group,various risk components in the intervention group were improved significantly.At the same time,the incidence and mortality of cardiovascular events were decreased obviously in the intervention group（P〈0.05 or〈0.01）.Conclusions Heartcare network has important significance to interfere the cardiovascular risk in patients with metabolic syndrome.
