摘　　要：建国初期,中国政府的华侨投资政策大致可以分为三个阶段。在各个不同的阶段,其指导思想、内容有不同的侧重点,表现出明显的阶段性特征。另一方面,由于复杂的国内外背景,以及中国共产党理论认识上的不足和侨务服从外交的做法,建国初期中国政府的华侨投资政策也有其明显的局限性,主要表现为投资方式越来越单一,对侨资重要性认识不足等方面。At the beginning of new China, the overseas Chinese investment policies can be divided into three stages. At each stage, its guiding principles and contents were different, showing clear staged characteristics. On the other hand, due to the complicated domestic and international background, as well as theoretical understanding of the CCP and the practice of overseas Chinese affairs subject to the diplomacy, the investment policies had its limitations, such as the single investment forms and lack of awareness of the importance of the investment, etc.
