清凉巴布剂的抗炎作用及机制研究

摘　　要：目的研究清凉巴布剂的抗炎作用及作用机制。方法采用二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀及角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀,考察清凉巴布剂的抗炎作用,试剂盒检测足肿胀大鼠炎性组织中SOD、MDA、IL-1的含量。结果清凉巴布剂中剂量和高剂量对小鼠耳肿胀及大鼠足肿胀均有显著的抑制作用,可明显降低炎性组织中IL-1、MDA含量,提高SOD活性。结论清凉巴布剂具有良好的抗炎作用,其机制与抑制炎性细胞因子、抗自由基损伤有关。Aim To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect and mechanism of cataplasm of cool plaster. Method Dimethylbenzene-induced ear swelling in mouse and Carrageenan-induced rat paw edema model in rat were used to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of cataplasm of cool plaster, the content of SOD,MDA and IL-1 in the inflammatory tissue extracts were measured. Results Cataplasm of cool plaster significantly suppressed the ear edema in mice and paw edema in rats. The content of IL-1 and MDA in the inflammatory tissue extracts were significantly decreased, and the content of SOD in the inflammatory tissue extracts was increased. Conclusion Cataplasm of cool plaster had remarkable anti-inflammatory effect, and it might be associated with the decreasing of inflammatory intedeukins and resisting the damage of free radical.
