摘　　要：目的建立洛索洛芬钠渗透泵型控释片中洛索洛芬钠的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法，色谱柱：日本岛津VP—DOS柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相：甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺（600：400：1：1）；检测波长：222nm；流速：1．00ml·min^-1；柱温：25℃。结果洛索洛芬钠在30．18～110．66mg·L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9998），平均回收率为99．83％，RSD=0．48％（n=9）。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好。适用于洛索洛芬钠渗透泵型控释片中主药的含量测定。Aim To establish a method for the determination of loxoprofen sodium in loxoprofen sodium osmotic pump controlled release tablets. Method HPLC was performed on a Shim - pack VP - DOS column. The mobile phase was methanol - water - acetic acid - triethylamine （600： 400：1： 1 ）, The detection wavelength was set at 222 nm. The flow rate was 1.00 ml ·min^-1. The column temperature was 25 ℃. Results The linear range of loxoprofen sodium was from 30.18 to 110.66 mg·L^-1 （ r = 0.9998 ）. The average recovery rate was 99.83 % with an RSD of 0.48% （n = 9 ）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and repeatable which can be used for the determination of loxoprofen sodium in loxoprofen sodium osmotic pump controlled release tablets.
