摘 要:目的建立高效液相色谱测定酚酞栓中酚酞含量的方法。方法色谱柱以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;甲醇-水(60:40)为流动相;检测波长为275nm。结果线性关系为Y=15.8649X+3.8656,r=0.9999,线性范围在10.035~401.400μg,平均回收率104.99%(n=9),RSD=1.09%。结论本法操作简便准确,可作为酚酞栓中酚酞含量的质量控制方法。Aim To establish a method of determination of phenolphthaleinum in phenolphthalein suppository by HPLC. Methods For chromatographic column ODS-C18 was used as the filling agent. The flowing phase was methyl alcohol-water( 60: 40) , and the examination wave length was 275 nm. Results The linear relationship was Y = 15. 8649X + 3. 8656, r = 0. 9999. The linear range was from 10. 035 to 401. 400 μg. The average recovery was 104.99% (n = 9) ,with an RSD of 1.09%. Conclusion The method was simple, accurate, and could be used for the determination of Phenolphthaleinum in Phenolphthalein Suppository.
