超大颗粒^(99)Tc^m-SMAA 药盒的制备及临床应用

摘　　要：制备了一种新的９９Ｔｃｍ标记人血清超大颗粒聚合白蛋白显像剂（９９Ｔｃｍ－ＳＭＡＡ），其９９Ｔｃｍ标记率＞９５％，７８％以上的颗粒直径在１００—２００μｍ。此显像剂适用于输卵管功能显像的研究。In order to obtain the imaging agent for study of the fallopian tubes function, human serum super macroaggregated albumin (SMAA) is prepared and labelled with 99 Tc m. The ovum diameter 99 Tc m SMAA is 100—200 μm,and the labelling yield is more than 95%.The clinical result shows that 99 Tc m SMAA is a useful imaging agent for the fallopian tubes function study.
