摘　　要：用Ｂｏｌｔｏｎ－Ｈｕｎｔｅｒ（ＨＰＮＳ）试剂作为联结剂，制备１２５Ｉ－白介素－８（ＩＬ－８）。首先用１２５Ｉ－ＮａＩ标记ＨＰＮＳ，标记率为（５７．７±１８．９）％，然后以ｐＨ８．５的硼酸缓冲液为标记介质，用１２５Ｉ－ＨＰＮＳ联接ＩＬ－８。分离纯化后１２５Ｉ－ＩＬ－８的放化纯度为９０．２％±４．５％。Interleukin 8 is labeled with 125 I by connection method with Bolton Hunter agent(HPNS). The labeling yield and the radiochemical purity of 125 I in the labeling to HPNS are 57.7%±18.9% and 62.4%±7.5%, respectively. The radiochemical purity 90.3%±4.4% of 125 I IL 8 is obtained and not changed during 15 days in the medium of protective protein. The labeling method is applicable but not ideal.
