摘　　要：目的:调查上海市知识女性心理健康情况。方法:采用一般健康问卷(GHQ-28)、一般资料调查表对上海市五个单位(银行、企业、医院)的知识女性,采用发放自填问卷法进行调查。结果:GHQ≥3分为检出疑似心理问题,GHQ≥5分表示有心理障碍。调查结果知识女性GHQ≥3分者共44人,占调查总人数的62.86%,GHQ≥5分者38人,占54.29%。其中年龄、工作年限与GHQ阳性检出率相关(P<0.05)。结论:上海市知识女性存有心理障碍者远高于上海市一般市民,需引起高度重视。Objective：Survey knowledge women＇s Psychological health situation in Shanghai. Methods：Use General health questionnaire （GHQ -28 ）, general information questionnaire to survey knowledge women in five units（ Banks, businesses, hospitals ） in Shanghai, the method is releasing self - administered questionnaires. Results： GHQ≥3 shows suspected psychological problems. GHQ≥ 5 shows psychological barrier. Survey result shows the number of knowledge women whose GHQ≥3 is 44, occupy 62.86% of the total, the number of knowledge women whose GHQ ≥5 is 38, occupy 54.29% of the total. Age, work experience are related to the positive rate of GHQ （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： The rate of psychological barrier in knowledge women is higher than in general public, it requires a high degree of attention.
