基于PESR-C的区域协调发展研究——以宁波市为例

摘　　要：本文从人口、经济、社会和资源环境四个方面刻画区域协调发展,首先建立了反映人口、经济、社会和资源环境发展状况的指标体系,构建了基于PESR-C的区域协调发展评价模型,并基于宁波数据进行实证。实证研究表明:1997——2007年,宁波市人口、经济、社会和资源环境4个子系统基本处于"协调"状态,但经济——资源环境系统的协调状况相对较差。Regional coordinated development is coordinated development of population （P）, economics （E）, society （S）, resources ＆ environmental（R）. We establish the evaluation index system which can reflect development of PESR firstly, and then establish coordinated development model of population, economics, society and resources ＆ environmental to evaluate the coordinated situation between the four sub-systems. The research shows that between 1997 and 2007, average coordinated level of the four sub-systems is ＂coordinated＂, but the coordinated situation between economic system and resources ＆ environmental system is poor oppositely. Aiming at the factors of lack-coordinated in the development process of Ningbo City, we present the policy recommendations, with a view to provide reference to promote the coordinated development of Ningbo City.
