摘 要:目的观察东莨菪碱、黄芪合用对吗啡依赖小鼠精神依赖性的影响。方法昆明种小鼠30只,按分层随机区组设计分为3组:东莨菪碱组(D组)、黄芪组(H组)、东莨菪碱+黄芪组(DH组)。前3天上午小鼠皮下注射吗啡后立即放入偏爱器的白室30 min,下午按分组分别皮下注射东莨菪碱、黄芪、东莨菪碱+黄芪30min后放入黑室30 min,第4天将小鼠放入偏爱器中,记录15 min内小鼠在白室的停留时间。结果DH组在白室停留时间明显短于D组和H组(P<0.05)。结论东莨菪碱和黄芪合用较分别单用对小鼠条件性位置偏爱形成的抑制作用更显著,即二者合用对抑制小鼠吗啡精神依赖性的形成有协同作用。Objective To investigate the combined effects of scopolamine and astragalus on the morphine-induced psychic dependence in mice.Methods 30 Kunming mice were divided into 3 groups(n=10 each) by stratified randomization: scopolamine group(group D),astragalus group(group H) and scopolamine+astragalus group(group DH).For the first 3 days,in the morning all groups were kept for 30 min in a white box immediately after subcutaneous injection of morphine,and in the afternoon,30 min after injection of the same volume of scopolamine,astragalus,scopolamine+astragalus respectively in each group,the mice were kept in a black box for 30 min.On the 4th day,the test of conditioned place preference was performed and the duration of retention for each mouse in the white box within 15 min was recorded.Results The time of retention in the white box in DH group was significantly shorter than in groups H and D(P0.05).Conclusion The combination of scopolamine and astragalus can more evidently inhibit the formation of conditioned place preference in mice than the individual use,which indicates the combined administration of the two drugs has synergistic effect on the inhibition of the formation of morphine-induced psychic dependence in mice.
