摘 要:目的:了解攀枝花市城镇居民对营养保健的需求及态度,有针对性地开展营养教育与干预指导。方法:抽样调查攀枝花市44个社区的常住居民413户,有效问卷用SPSS 11.0进行统计分析。结果:攀枝花市城镇居民对"膳食指南"的知晓率不高;期望获取的营养知识主要是营养保健基础知识和营养相关疾病保健知识;67.8%被调查对象认为营养保健知识重要,女性和文化程度较高的居民更愿意用营养保健知识指导生活;居民获取营养保健知识的渠道主要是电视、学校和报纸,科普宣教是其期望获取知识的方式。结论:攀枝花市城镇居民对"膳食指南"认知度较低,对营养保健知识需求较大,有关部门应有针对性地开展营养教育工作。Propose [Objective] To learn about the demand and the attitude to the nutrition knowledge among Citizen in Panzhihua City in order to develop nutrition education and intervening guides directly. [Methods] 413 households from 44 communities were investigated in Panzhihua City and the data was analysised with SPSS I 1.0 software. [Results] The rate of cognition of Diet Guide was still low among the citizens. The nutrition knowledge including elementary knowledge and knowledge relating to disease was their expectation. The nutrition knowledge was realized to be important by 67.8% anticipates, and the male and the people with higher education degree were willing to guide their life with nutrition knowledge. TV, school and newspapers were the main ways to get the knowledge and the nutrition education was the preferred means. [Conclusion] The citizens in Panzhihua had lower knowledge about Diet Guide and there was much demand, so relating department should develop proper nutrition education.
