摘  要:目的:探讨福州地区膳食营养因素对宫颈癌发生的影响。方法:采用以医院为基础的病例-对照研究,收集福建省级3家三甲医院2007年11月~2008年12月份经过病理确诊的宫颈癌、CINⅢ新发病例(89例)和同期就诊的其他妇科病例(92例)进行调查。采用非条件Logistic回归分析宫颈癌相关暴露因素的OR值及其95%的可信区间。结果:一定量的鱼虾类(OR=0.133,95%CI:0.032~0.558)和肉类(OR=0.246,95%CI:0.09~0.678)摄入可能是宫颈癌的保护因素。结论:发生宫颈癌可能与膳食因素有关。Objective: To investigate the effect of dietary factors on the cervical cancer in Fuzhou. Methods: A hospital based case - control study was conducted in The First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University, Fujian Provincial Hospital and Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Fujian from November, 2007 to December, 2008. 89 cases with cervical cancer and CIN Ill newly diagnosed by pathology and 92 other gynecological patients were interviewed including related agents and dietary factors. Adjusting ORs and 95% CI were estimated by unconditional logistic models. Results: Feeding fish and meat might be protective factors for cervical eaneer. Conclusion: Dietary factors play an important role in the development of cervical cancer.
