摘　　要：目的:探讨先天性巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染对新生儿听力的影响及更昔洛韦治疗的远期疗效。方法:对834例先天性CMV感染新生儿期进行瞬态诱发性耳声发射(TEOAE)听力筛查。对其中未通过的118例分为更昔洛韦治疗组及对照组,6个月时进行听觉诱发电位(ABR)听力检查。结果:CMV感染新生儿听力筛查通过率远低于CMV阴性者;更昔洛韦治疗组6个月时听力损害发生率低于对照组。结论:先天性CMV感染对婴幼儿可产生听力损害;早期的更昔洛韦治疗可在一定程度上减少听力损害的发生。Objective： To investigate effect of congenital human cytomegalovirus infection on newborn hearing and the curative effect of ganciclovir therapy. Methods： 118 cases of 834 infants infected with human cytomegalovirus infection were failure in the examination of OAE. 71 cases were treated by ganciclovir and 47 cases were as the control. All of the 118 cases were detected by the tools of auditory brain - stem response （ABR） After 6 month. Results： More cases were failure in the examination of OAE with cytomegalovirus infection than without it. And more cases were failure in the examination of ABR with cytomegalovirus infection than without it after 6 month. Conclusion： Congenital human cytomegalovirus infection on newborn can course the hearing damage. And ganciclovir therapy may reduce the damage.
