城市社区更年期妇女生存质量分析

摘　　要：目的:客观评价城市社区更年期妇女健康状况。方法:填写Kupperman更年期症状评分量表(KI量表)、世界卫生组织生存质量量表(WHOQOL-BREF),对450例社区更年期妇女进行评估。结果:①随着年龄的增加,KI评分逐渐下降;②骨骼和精神神经系统症状在更年期妇女中出现最频繁,抑郁发生率高达59.8%;③绝经与未绝经妇女WHOQOL-BREF总分及各年龄段得分差异均无统计学意义。结论:关注更年期妇女躯体症状治疗,重视更年期妇女心理变化。Objective： To investigate the life quality of the menopause women in the community. Methods： 450 women in menopause were assigned to fill the blank of Kupperman and WHOQOL - BREF. Results ： （1）KI became lower with age. （2）The most common syndromes were in nervous system and skeletal system. The attack rate of depression was 59. 8%. （3）The total score of WHOQOL - BREF had no significant differences between the periclimacteric women and postmenopausal women, the same to the age groups. Conclusion： Pay close attention to the body symptoms and psychological changes of the women in menopause.
