摘  要:研究中药复方制剂连黄(精提、粗提)对大肠埃希菌多重耐药基因AcrA的mRNA表达水平的影响,从而深入探讨中药复方制剂连黄(精提、粗提)抑制大肠埃希菌多重耐药性的作用机理。采用实时荧光定量PCR法,定量分析了中药复方制剂连黄(精提、粗提)作用前后的大肠埃希菌耐药基因AcrA的mRNA表达水平。结果表明,精提和粗提的中药复方制剂均能降低AcrA基因的mRNA表达水平,且精提制剂较粗提制剂对AcrA基因的mRNA表达水平影响更大。The influence of Chinese traditional compound medicine on mRNA of Escherichia coli gene AcrA was studied to probe the mechanism of action. The expression of E. coli gene AcrA-mRNA was determined by real-time PCR before and after the using of Chinese traditional compound medicine. The results showed that crude and refined Chinese traditional compound medicine could reduce the expression of AcrA-mRNA, and the refined Chinese traditional compound medicine drug-resistance gene decreased after by dealing with the crude and refined Chinese traditional compound medicine had greater impact on AcrA-mRNA.
