摘  要:以蜂窝煤灰或散煤灰加珍珠岩作为育苗基质,研究了基质对烟苗素质的影响和烟苗在田间的表现,并对育苗基质与农业环境安全性的关系进行了分析。结果显示,蜂窝煤灰或散煤灰加30%体积分数的珍珠岩作为漂浮育苗基质,对烟种的出苗、成苗没有明显影响,烟叶株高、茎直径、叶数、茎鲜重、茎干重、根鲜重、根干重、根系体积较专用基质和谷壳基质都差别不大;而且重金属含量基本在控制标准以内,对农业环境是安全的,说明蜂窝煤灰或散煤灰加珍珠岩可以代替漂浮育苗专用基质。The effect of differenf ratio of coal ash and perlite, as a substrate of floating-seedlings of tobacco, on seedling emergence and growth, and agricultural environment security was studied. Results showed that, in substrate containing 70% coal ash plus 30% volume of perlite, the tobacco seedling height, stem diameter, leaf amount, fresh and dry weight of stem and root, and root system volume didn't showed obvious difference compared with those in recommended substrate or grain shell substrate. The toxic heavy metal content was basically under the standard control and was secure to agricultural environment. So it was suggested that the recommended substrate for floating-seedlings of tobacco could be substituted by 70% coal ash plus 30% volume of perlite.
