蛇含委陵菜与蔓委陵菜的花粉形态研究

摘　　要：运用扫描电子显微镜,对辽宁省生长的蛇含委陵菜与蔓委陵菜的花粉形态进行了观察。结果表明,在扫描电子显微镜下,两种植物的花粉形态特征有较高的一致性,花粉均为单粒花粉,呈长球形,左右对称,极面观为椭圆形,赤道面观为三裂圆形,三孔沟,沟条形,表面条状纹饰。通过花粉及其他性状的比较研究,对两种委陵菜属的植物分类鉴定和系统演化关系进行了初步探讨。In this paper, the pollen morphology of Potentilla kleiniana and Potentilla flagellaris in Liaoning province were observed under the scanning electron microscope （SEM）. The result showed that the pollen grains of the species had high degree of uniformity, single pollen grains, cylindrical, bilateral symmetry, elliotical in polar view and 3-lobed subspheroidal in equatoral view, 3-colposate, striate on sculpture. And the systematic positions of these two species were discussed based on characteristics of pollen morphology and other features.
